Yet another rough idea I had on the Logo for Unity Linux. Combining the "U" & the "L" into one, unified character. Not sure as to the integrity of this design... but I like to just get the ideas out into a visual form when they come to mind, otherwise they get lost in the swill.

In the future, please number each image. It makes life a lot easier.
I like the bottom left one. But I really dislike the choice of colours and/or the background. It doesn't seem sharp to me.
Perhaps all that's needed is a fine line around the letters, or a change in the background, or more contrasting colours in general..
These are only rough sketches. Basically scribbles of ideas which come to mind.
I only used gray in the bg so as not to burn out anyone's eyes and get sued (haha)
